Down Syndrome Artist Jung Eun-hye Shares Honest Thoughts on Pregnancy: “I Don’t Want Kids, It’s Too Hard”

On February 27, a video titled “Smart Sex Education for Couples with Developmental Disabilities – Orientation” was recently uploaded to the YouTube channel “Your Face, Eun-hye.”
In the video, Jeong Eun-hye and her fiancé received sex education from Sung Shin-ae, the head of the Disability & Gender Research Institute. When asked, “What’s the best way to express physical affection?” Eun-hye candidly replied, “Secretly at home, with the door closed.” Her fiancé, seemingly shy, couldn’t hold back his laughter.

When Sung Shin-ae further asked, “What should you do when you really want to hug and kiss your partner?” Eun-hye confidently answered, “I just do it. If he wants to, I let him.”
However, when the topic of pregnancy came up, Jeong Eun-hye firmly stated that while she finds babies cute, she doesn’t want to have one herself due to the difficulties of pregnancy.
Her fiancé, on the other hand, seemed to want children, but Eun-hye reaffirmed her decision, saying, “It would be too hard for me.”

Despite their differing views on parenthood, the couple expressed their affection for each other. Eun-hye’s fiancé praised her, saying, “She’s beautiful and talented at drawing.” Eun-hye also spoke fondly of her partner, saying, “He’s bright, brings me coffee every morning, and looks cool. I think it would be nice to live together.”
Jeong Eun-hye rose to fame in 2022 after playing Han Ji-min’s twin sister in the tvN drama “Our Blues.” She is currently active as a caricature artist and YouTuber and is set to marry this May.
